To raise awareness of the risks and hazards associated with Hazardous Substances and Hand-Arm Vibration and enable the delegate to comfortably complete Risk Assessments.
Prerequisites
None. This course is designed for people with little or no experience of undertaking assessments. Equally it will be of use for those wishing to brush up their skills.
Examination
There is no examination with this course. All those in attendance will receive certificates.

Those involved in the undertaking or assisting with risk assessments.
Learning outcomes
- Able to carry out a relevant risk assessments
- Have an understanding of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002
- Have an understanding of the Control of Vibrations at Work Regulations 2005
- Realise the importance of clearly communicating the findings of risk assessments
- Be aware of the limits of their competence
